米焼酎 鎧嶽 すっきり白米 720ml
「鎧嶽」のこだわり
１、曽爾村産の米を１００％使用しているため、この地域でしか出せない味が出る。
２、仕込み、塾生の温度管理は自然任せのため季節変化等に応じた風味の幅が味わえる。
３、強制的に減圧して蒸留しない「常圧蒸留」により、米の風味を豊かに残した味になる。
４、麹造りから瓶詰まで全て手作業で、丁寧に思いを込めて生産している。
５、地域に根差し、外部に対して開かれたオープンな酒蔵を目指している。
